Coal Tar Epoxy

Coal tar based epoxy paints are available in two component systems for specific conditions like sewage water treatment plants.

It is known that low solvent epoxy coatings, being non-porous, have good chemical resistance.

For less stringent applications, where high temperature and solvents are not encountered, a lower cost coating is often preferred.

Coal tar epoxy coatings fulfill this need provided, of course, that the end user finds the black colour acceptable.
